Defensive end Dorance Armstrong Jr. had two sacks in the first half, including a fourth down sack of Cardinals quarterback Kyler Murray that gave Washington the ball back near midfield with three timeouts and about half a minute left on the clock.

The Cardinals clearly are not the team you thought they would be. If they were, they would have — and should have — beaten the Washington Commanders. Instead, the Commanders roasted the Cardinals and piled on at the end for good measure with two fourth-quarter touchdowns, including a successful two-point conversion.

Kyler Murray only had a few moments to look downfield early in the third quarter before he was mauled by Washington’s Bobby Wagner and Daron Payne, taking another sack during a miserable day for the Arizona Cardinals.
