Heavy rainfall from Tropical Storm Sara caused roads to flood and a bridge to partially collapse in northern Honduras.

Tropical Storm Sara continues to produce significant flooding in Honduras and is still expected to be a remnant low before reaching the Gulf of Mexico.

Tropical Storm Sara has weakened. It is barely holding on to tropical storm characteristics with 40 mph winds. That is a five mph decrease from the earlier update. The 10 p.m. update from the National Hurricane Center shows its pressure rising one millibar to 1001 mb.
