Authorities said they have identified a Brockton man who was fatally struck by an SUV on Sunday in Randolph. After he was hit, Alexander Archie, 56, was taken to Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital–Milton and was pronounced dead there after 11 p.m. on Nov. 17, Norfolk District Attorney Michael W. Morrissey said.
