Dan Snyder, the previous owner of the Washington Commanders, made the list of locals on the Forbes 400, likely for the last time. He ranks No. 299 at $4.5 billion, though Snyder and his family moved to England shortly after the sale of the Commanders.

Joining Trump on the Forbes 400 are 37 of his uber-rich neighbors. All own homes in Palm Beach, live here or have other strong residential ties to the island. Combined, the Palm Beachers’ estimated net worth tallied at $520.8 billion, the analysis showed.
