Netflix’s documentary on Biles covers the Olympic gold medalist’s return to the international competition and the road to get there. In the two-minute trailer released on Thursday, the seven-time Olympic gold medalist described the tug-of-war she feels between the confidence she gets from her lifetime in the gym and the knowledge that it is rare for someone her age to compete at the Olympic level in a sport where most competitive athletes are several years younger.
