RAWALPINDI (Dunya News) - Rawalpindi accountability court has rejected the bail pleas of former prime minister Imran Khan and his spouse Bushra Bibi in Toshakhana-II case. Special Judge Central Shahrukh Arjumand at Adiala Jail, Rawalpindi heard the bail pleas of Imran Khan and Bushra Bibi.

Islamabad: Punjab police has registered three new cases against Pakistan ’s jailed former prime minister Imran Khan following a protest by his party on his call at Rawalpindi’s Liaquat Bagh area on Saturday.

The bail application was heard at Adiala prison where Imran Khan and his wife are held in separate cells. Oct.2 is set for the couple's indictment in the case.

The 71-year-old leader is accused of inciting supporters to protest against national institutions while issuing directives from Adiala Jail, where he has been held for over a year.
