The Norwalk Police Department’s Special Victims Unit took 54-year-old Edgar Teque-Ramirez into custody after several months of investigation, which uncovered sufficient probable cause for the case.

Edgar Teque-Ramirez, 54, of Southwind Drive, was charged with fourth-degree sexual assault and risk of injury to a minor, Norwalk Police Sgt, Ryan Evarts said in a news release Tuesday.
