A special judge central on Monday rejected the post-arrest bail pleas of incarcerated former prime minister Imran Khan and his spouse Bushra Bibi in the Toshakhana 2.0 case. The court has scheduled an indictment for October 2, Express News reported.

A Pakistani court has rejected the bail pleas of former prime minister Imran Khan and his wife, Bushra Bibi, in the Toshakhana 2.0 case. They face allegations of misusing power to acquire a Bulgari jewellery set without depositing it in the Toshakhana repository.

A special court in Rawalpindi rejected the bail applications of Imran Khan and Bushra Bibi in the Toshakhana case. The court has set October 2 as the date for framing charges related to the alleged retention of state gifts.

The bail application was heard at Adiala prison where Imran Khan and his wife are held in separate cells. Oct.2 is set for the couple's indictment in the case.
