Three collegiate women’s volleyball teams have forfeited games against San Jose State University, which has a trans-identifying male, Blaire Fleming, on its roster. The University of Wyoming announced in a statement Tuesday that the women’s team will forfeit its upcoming Saturday game.

The University of Wyoming is the third school in a month to refuse to play against San José State, which was named in a lawsuit against NCAA rules allowing transgender women in women’s sports.
